Need Help or Want to Order Direct?
If you have any issues, comments, or want to place an order directly, email us at banks@banksinfo.com, call at 512-478-0059, or contact anyone you know at Banks and we can get you through this. Also, we are expanding our product offerings. If there is anything that you have wanted us to provide, or that you currently get from a different company and would like us to provide for cheaper, give us a call and let us work with you.
Security Upgrade & Password Reset
All users will need to reset their password upon first log-in to our new system. We have upgraded our security and now use Amazon's OAuth services, so all of your actions on the Banks website are now as secure as shopping on Amazon. It is possible to re-use your old password, though general security standards would warn against it. If you have any issues with your login, please let us know and we will get you sorted right away.
